Cold wave with drizzle

A mild cold wave is sweeping over different parts of the country disrupting normal life.

Bangladesh Meteorological Department also predicted that light rain or drizzle may occur in different parts of the country including the capital Dhaka.

“Light rain or drizzle is likely to occur at one or two places including Dhaka city”, said meteorologist Arifur Rahman.

Moderate to thick fog may occur over the country from midnight to tomorrow morning.

Night temperature may drop by 1-2 degrees Celsius and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.

In Dhaka, the temperature was recorded 12.2C on Thursday.
