Court asks authorities to confiscate assets of Falu

A Dhaka court has directed the authorities concerned to confiscate the moveable and immoveable wealth worth Tk46 crore of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's adviser Mosaddek Ali Falu.

Dhaka Senior Special Judge (in-charge) Md Al Mamun passed the order after hearing on Tuesday.

Earlier, ACC deputy director Gulshan Anwar filed a petition to confiscate the assets of Falu.
