Crest Securities’ clients seek intervention of PM

Around 21,000 investors of Crest Securities Limited are in serious trouble. Losing hopes, they sought intervention of Prime Minister and Finance Minister.

On the other hand, no one of Crest Securities Ltd directors has been found yet.

Crest Securities, a brokerage house of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has closed down its head office recently. As a result, the amount of lose could not be known yet.

Shahid Ullah, managing direction and other concerned officials of Crest Securities went into hiding. A case has already been filed to take legal action but so far none of the accused have been arrested.

Although, DSE assured clients of brokerage firm, regarding arranging a faster procedure to return their shares and money but no fruitful steps are not seen yet. Even, investors are not satisfied about the probe of DSE. That’s why the victims sought intervention of prime minister.
