DU student recovering

The Dhaka University student, who was allegedly raped in Kurmitola area of the capital, is recovering very fast.

Director of Dhaka Medical College Hospital has said that she will be released from the hospital within one or two days.

A second-year student of Dhaka University was allegedly raped and tortured in the capital’s Kurmitola area on Sunday night.

Her fellow students and several DU employees brought her to Dhaka Medical College Hospital around midnight and got her admitted there.
