Decision on Minni's bail order on Jan 26

A court in Barguna will deliver its judgment on January 26 on the bail petition of Minni.

On January 8, the state filed an appeal seeking a stay order on the bail granted to Ayesha Siddika Minni by the High Court, in the case over the murder of her husband Rifat Sharif. The court also issued a show cause notice.

Minni’s lawyer Advocate Mahbubul Bari Aslam submitted the reply of that show cause notice on Wednesday morning.

Mahbubul Bari Aslam said, the complaint regarding the bail of Minni is totally unbelievable. I have submitted the reply of court show cause notice. I hope the court will uphold the bail petition of Minni.
