‘Efforts intensified to bring back killers of Bangabandhu’

Senior Correspondent: The Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that diplomatic efforts have been strengthened to bring the fugitive killers of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman back to Bangladesh.

He was talking to the journalists on Thursday after paying tribute to the family members of Bangabandhu in city’s Banani graveyard on the occasion of the 44th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day.

Quader, also the Awami League General Secretary, said “the government has strengthened its diplomatic efforts to pave the way for bringing back the fugitive killers of Bangabandhu who have remained fugitive and taken shelter in different countries,” he said.
