Ex-OC Moazzem indicted

Staff Correspondent: Moazzem Hossain, former Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Feni’s Sonagazi Police Station, has been indicted in a case filed under Information and Computer Technology (ICT) act over madrasa student Nusrat Jahan Rafi murder.

Judge Mohammad As Sams Jaglul Hossain of Bangladesh Cyber Tribunal passed the order on Wednesday.

The court also fixed July 31 the hearing date.

Earlier, the court issued an arrest warrant for Moazzem Hossain for filming and circulating a video statement of Feni madrasa student Nusrat Jahan Rafi.
