Full Court Meeting held for the first time

An online Full Court Meeting was held through a video conference with participation from judges of Appellate and High Court Division of the Supreme Court for the first time in the country.

The meeting began at 11.30 am on Sunday (April 26) with Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain in the chair.

Earlier, the chief justice convened the Full Court Meeting suspending the decision for limited operation of the Supreme Court and other courts yesterday.

Supreme Court spokesperson Mohammad Saifur Rahman told risingbd that the chief justice called the Full Court Meeting to discuss overall situation created due to coronavirus or COVID-19.
