Girl who escaped from wedding stage wins hat-trick gold medal

Family had arranged an early marriage for her when she was in class 6. 

To avoid the marriage, she had escaped from the wedding stage and participated archery talent-hunt programme in Chuadanga Sadar. She qualified there which turned life change.

It was none but Ety Khatun. She secured hat-trick gold medals in the 13th South Asian Games.

With this, she set a record of winning hat-trick gold medals in the history of SA Games as second Bangladeshi girl.
