Gonojagoron Mancha threatens to besiege Myanmar embassy

Staff Correspondent: Gonojagoron Mancha has threatened to besiege Myanmar Embassy in Dhaka on Monday if the “genocide” of Rohingya people is not stopped by the time.

Imran H Sarkar, spokesperson of the Gonojagoron Mancha, came up with the announcement from a protest procession brought out at the capital’s Shahbagh intersection on Friday afternoon.

He also called upon the Myanmar government to take back the Rohingya people fled to Bangladesh immediately.

Announcing the programme, Imran said they will start a procession towards the Myanmar embassy from Gulshan-2 intersection at 3:00pm on Monday.
