Govt declares general holidays for ‘red zone’ Wari

The government has announced general holidays from July 4 to July 25 for ‘red zone’ Wari under the ward no 41 of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) to stem the spread of coronavirus.
The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday night.
The specific area which was marked as red zone in Wari will go under lockdown from early Saturday (June 21).
The Wari red zone covers Tipu Sultan Road, Jahangir Road, from Joykali temple to Baldha Garden, Lalmini Road, Hore Road, Ware Road, Rankin Street and Nawab Road.
