HC declares child conviction by mobile court illegal

The High Court (HC) has announced illegal and cancellation of child conviction by mobile courts.
The court also cancelled punishment of 121 children given by mobile courts.
The HC bench led by Justice Sheikh Hassan Arif came up with the verdict and declared the rule in this regard appropriate.
