HC orders Robi to pay Tk 138 crore

The High Court (HC) has ordered mobile operator company Robi to pay Tk 138 crore due bill to BTRC.
The money will have to be paid within five months in five installments, otherwise BTRC can take any decisions, said the lawyers.
The HC bench of Justice Mamnur Rahman and Justice Khizir Hayat passed the order.
Advocate Barrister Tanzibul Alam stood for the Robi while Barrister Reza E Rakib stood for the BTRC.
Although, BTRC has demanded Tk 867 crore to the Robi.
