Housemaid dies falling off building at Dhanmondi

Senior Correspondent: A housemaid died after falling off the 11-storey building in capital’s Dhanmondi area on Friday.
The deceased identified as Riya Akhtar, 13, daughter of Razu, hailef from Namapara village in Bakshiganj upazila of Jamalpur district.
Dhanmondi police station Officer-in-charge Abdul Latif told risingbd that the girl fell off the 9th floor balcony while trying to escape.
“No torture or injury sign has been found on the girl's body. Details can be said after investiogation,” OC added.
The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
