‘Identified groups providing assistance to Rohingyas’

Senior Correspondent: Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said some identified persons and organizations have provided assistance to the Rohingyas in Cox’s Bazar.

The minister said this after addressing a program in the capital on Friday noon.

He said, “Various kinds of allegations found against the Rohingyas. They are trying to get united. That’s why some NGOs and persons are patronizing them directly and indirectly.”

“Investigations have been started with the cooperation of police, RAB and intelligence agencies so that anyone can’t play a role behind Rohingya assistance.”

Legal action will be taken against those who will be found guilty in this regard, he added.
