Inqilab press unlocked

Staff Correspondent, DHAKA, Feb 1: Bar on publishing Daily Inqilab has been withdrawn as Detective Branch (DB) of police unlocked the printing press of the Bengali daily on Saturday afternoon.

DB Inspector Firoj, the investigation officer of the case against the daily has unlocked the printing press around 6:45pm, Afjal Bari, senior reporter of the Bengali daily said risingbd.com.

Earlier on January 16, BD police sealed off the daily Inqilab press and picked up its four journalists in a raid on the Bengali newspaper for publishing a “false and fabricated” report.

The case was filed for violating the Information Communication Technology Act.
