Italy records 636 deaths from coronavirus in 24 hours

Italy recorded, in the last 24 hours, another 636 deaths from the coronavirus, according to data released by Italian civil protection on Monday.

The number of fatalities has thus risen again and now exceeds 16 thousand in total.

Between Sunday and Monday, 3,599 new cases were identified in the country.

Italy now has 132 547 people diagnosed with Covid-19 and 16 523 deaths.

The number of recovered people exceeds 22 thousand.
