Jubo League sets age limit at 55 yrs

Jubo League, the youth wing of the ruling Awami League, has set 55 years as maximum age of eligibility for its members and the leadership.

The decision was taken at a meeting between Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Jubo League central leaders at the prime minister's official residence Gono Bhaban on Sunday night.

Awami League general secretary, Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader made the announcement after meeting.
