Khaleda’s bail hearing deferred until 11.30am

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has deferred until 11.30am on Thursday the hearing on BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s bail petition in Zia Charitable Trust Graft Case.

A six-member Appellate Division bench, headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, passed the order on Thursday morning.

The bench of the Appellate Division started hearing on the bail petition at 10.25am and passed the order 11.05am.
