Khaleda’s bail hearing underway

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has again started hearing on BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s bail petition in Zia Charitable Trust Graft Case.

A six-member Appellate Division bench, headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, started hearing on the bail petition at 10.25am on Thursday and passed an  order at 11.05am that it would be deferred until 11.30am.

After that time, the bench of the Appellate Division again started hearing on the bail petition at 11.30am.
