MP Liton murder case verdict today

The verdict in former Awami League MP (Gaibandha-1) Manjurul Islam Liton's murder case will be declared today (Thursday).

On November 18, the court fixed November 28 to deliver its verdict in the murder case.

On December 31, 2016, the then Gaibandha 1 MP Liton was shot by unidentified assailants at his home at Sundarganj upazila. Later, he succumbed to his injuries at Rangpur Medical College Hospital.

Liton's elder sister Fahmida Kakuli Bulbul filed the murder case with Sundarganj police station against five to six unnamed people.
