Major reshuffle in CMP

Staff Correspondent: A major reshuffle has been made in the Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) giving new postings to five officer-in-charges (OCs).

CMP Commissioner Abdul Jalil Mandal gave the order of the reshuffle on Saturday evening.

Additional commissioner (admin, finance and traffic) of Chittagong Metropolitan Police AKM Shahidur Rahman confirmed the matter.

OC of Patenga Police Station Kazi Shahabuddin Ahmed was made Inspector of Chittagong Airport Immigration Branch. OC (Investigation) of Patenga police station Alamgir Mahmud was made OC of the same police station.

OC of Akbar Shah police station Abdul Majid and Immigration Branch Inspector Pradeep Kumar Das were made Chittagong port city Detective Inspectors.

Inspector (Investigation) of Sadarghat police station Sadip Kumar Das was made Akbar Shah police station Officer-in-Charge (OC). Police Inspector Marjina Aktar was made Sadarghat police station Inspector (Investigation).
