Massive fire at Rajdhani Market under control

The massive fire that broke out at Rajdhani Super Market in the capital’s Tikatuli area, has been brought under control.

A total of 25 firefighting units rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control after one and half hours long frantic efforts.

Earlier, the fire originated in the market around 5:00pm on Wednesday.

Confirming the matter, in a press briefing, Fire service headquarters deputy director Debasish Bardhan said, the fire originated from second floor of the market.
