Planning Minister M A Mannan said media will get all kinds of assistance for investigational report.
The Minister said this while speaking at a programme at NEC conference room of Sher-e-Bangla in the capital on Sunday.
It was inauguration programme new committee of Development Journalist Forum of Bangladesh (DJFB).
Planning Minister said, “We want free flow of information. This will benefit us. So, reporters should make investigational reports. We will give them 100 percent assistance.”
He said, “Poverty is the main problem of Bangladesh. 70 to 80 percent countrymen want development. They believe in development not in words, but in deeds. You made story over pillow scam. It was good. Every report should contain exceptional elements. Otherwise, people will not go through it.”
