Minni may be released Tuesday

Barguna Correspondent: Ayesha Siddika Minni got conditional bail in her husband Rifat Sharif murder case from the High Court on Thursday, but she may be released from jail on Tuesday.

It will take several days to Minni’s release from jail due to the completion of the legal process, according to her lawyers.

Minni’s lawyer Mahbubul Bari Aslam said that the copy HC’s orders regarding Minni’s bail will be sent to Barguna court by post. The order will be posted on Sunday, and the order will possibly reach Barguna court on Monday.

Minni’s bond will be lodged through a miss case with the respective court after receiving the HC order and later the Borguna court will send the bail order to Borguna jail then she will be released, he added.

Minni secured conditional bail on Thursday from a High Court bench comprised of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md. Mostafizur Rahman.
