Minni’s father wants probe under PBI

Barguna Correspondent: Mojammel Hossain Kishor, father of Ayesha Siddika Minni demanded that the investigation of Rifat Sharif murder be held under the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI).

He made the demand while addressing a press conference at Barguna Press Club on Wednesday noon. Meanwhile, the family members of the Mojammel Hossain Kishor were seen at the programme.

He said, “A group of politically influential people are trying to derail the investigation process and make my daughter a scapegoat. It’s not possible to get fair investigation under Barguna police.”

Minni’s father said, “My request to honorable Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina and IGP so that the investigation of Rifat Sharif murder be held under the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI).

In the written speech, he said, “Following the killing incident, my family members are living with insecurity. The study of my children are being hampered.”
