Mirpur Jhut Potti fire under control

The fire broken out at a readymade garment (RMG) factory in Jhut Potti of the capital’s Mirpur-10 was brought under control.

Some 12 units of Fire Service were managed to douse the fire around 3:30pm on Saturday. The fire ensued around 1:25pm.

Fire Service Duty Officer Rasel Shikder confirmed the news.

Fire Service men rescued a man who sustained injury in the fire. He was rushed to hospital immediately.
