Mural of Bangabandhu inaugurated at BSTI

A mural of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman constructed at Bangladesh Standards & Testing Institution (BSTI) was opened on Tuesday.

Industries minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun inaugurated the mural at the head office of BSTI in capital’s Tejgaon.

BSTI got the membership of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) following the wistful effort of Bangabandhu in 1974.

The mural was constructed at the premises of BSTI to commemorate the effort of Bangabandhu.

Industries secretary Md Abdul Halim, Artist Manik Biswas and top officials of Industries ministries and BSTI attended the function.
