No bar to continue Milk Vita production

Staff Correspondent: The chamber judge of the Appellate Division postponed the high court order that declared halted the production, collection and sale of pasteurized Milk Vita Company.

Justice Md Nuruzzaman, chamber of the Appellate Division passed the order on Monday.

The court postponed the high court order for next eight weeks.

Following the order, there is no legal bar to sale of pasteurized Milk Vita Company.
