No case under new road transport law for 7 days: Minister

Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that discipline will bring on roads after the new road transport act will be implemented.

He said, “The law came into effects since November 1. Awareness campaign is being conducted across the country over the law. The campaign will be conducted for the next 7 days. So, no case will be filed against any transport during the period.”

The Minister said this while activities of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) at Signboard area in Narayanganj on Saturday.
