Nonstop monitoring for ensuring dengue treatment

Staff Correspondent: The directorate of health services will put emphasis on continuous monitoring to ensure treatment for dengue patients in field level.

The decision came at a meeting organised by the directorate of health services to prevent the spread of dengue fever on Wednesday.

Prof Dr Abul Kalam Azad, director general of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), was present at the meeting.

Continuous monitoring will remain functioning to ensure treatment for dengue patients in field level, Azad said.

Authorities of the government and private hospitals have been asked to keep open their help desks during the holyday of Eid-ul-Azha, he added.
