Now State Minister Shahriar cancels India tour

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam has cancelled his visit to India.
He was scheduled to attend the Indian external affairs ministry-backed Raisina Dialogue that will begin Monday.
Raisina Dialogue gathers defence and foreign ministers besides strategic experts on a common platform annually.
India firstly invited Foreign Minister A K Abdul Momen as a speaker. Later, Shahriar was invited as Momen denied to join the programme. Finally, Shahriar also cancelled the tour.
However, any top official of the ministry may attend the programme, according to sources.
With this, Dhaka cancelled top level contacts to India for fourth time in last 30 days.
Earlier, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and Foreign Affairs Minister cancelled India tour. Later, a meeting on water sharing of common river was also cancelled.
