Nusrat’s family satisfied with murder verdict

The family members of Nusrat Jahan Rafi expressed satisfaction over the verdict against former Sonagazi OC Moazzem.

Earlier in the day, the Cyber Tribunal of Dhaka handed down 8-year rigorous imprisonment to ex-OC Moazzem in the case. Judge Ash Sams Joglul Hossain of the Cyber Tribunal of Dhaka passed the order on Thursday.

Expressing satisfaction, Nusrat’s maternal uncle said, “Nusrat left us but taught us a lesson to protest such type of incident.”

Nusrat’s brother Rashedul Hasan Raihan said, “We are happy with the verdict.”
