Old woman dies of dengue at DMCH

Senior Correspondent: An old woman died after she was diagnosed with dengue.
Monowara Begum, 75, breathed her last while undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) early Tuesday.
With her death, the death toll of dengue patients at DMCH rose to 15.
Confirming the news, Brig Gen AKM Nasir Uddin, Director of DMCH, said Monowara Begum was admitted at the hospital on August 3 after she was infected with dengue.
It is learnt that Monowara lived at Mirpur 2 in Dhaka. She hailed from Chandpur.
