PM for action against those involved in corruption during corona

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said stern action will be taken against those who will be found involved in corruption while taking food items to low income people in time of preventing coronavirus or COVID-19.

"No one will be spared if found involved in corruption in time of reaching foods to low income groups. If I receive any allegation regarding this and if someone try to take advantage of this bad time, I will not spare any individual involved, " she said while delivering her speech through video conference from her Ganobhaban on Tuesday (March 31) morning where officials of 64 districts joined.

The premier ordered to prepare a list of low income people who earn their livelihoods by working hard all day long.

She urged all well-off people in the country to stand by those poor people.
