PM inaugurates Light & Sound Show at Lalbagh Fort

Staff Correspondent, DHAKA, Feb 7: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Friday evening inaugurated the country’s first ‘light and sound show’ at Lalbagh Fort in the capital.

Prime Minister said on the occasion that her government always put its efforts to endorse the culture and traditions of the country.

 

Prominent writer and poet Syed Shamsul Haq prepared the commentary while cultural personalities Shimul Yousuf and Asaduzzaman Noor gave their voice.

 

Between mid-November and mid-March, there will be two 30-minutes shows every day.

 

Tickets for the light and sound show at Lalbagh Fort will Tk 20 each in addition to Tk 10 entry fee for Bangladeshis while Tk 100 for visitors from SAARC countries and Tk 200 for others.

 

500 people can be able to enjoy the show at a time.
