Police HQ issues notice to stop mob beating

Senior Correspondent: Police Headquarters has asked its all concerned units to take necessary steps for preventing the incidents of mob beating across the country.

The Police Headquarters issued a notice in this regard on Monday.

It also asked all the unit chiefs to take immediate actions if any rumour related to child-lifting is circulated on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Blog and mobile phone.

The PHQ urged them to strengthen vigilance at the educational institutions and conduct awareness campaign there.

It also asked the cops to create public awareness through social media and newspaper and electronic media.
