Priya wins third gold for Bangladesh

Marzana Akter Priya has secured Bangladesh’s third gold medal in the ongoing 13th South Asian Games.

She secured the gold in individual kume-55 kg category, beating Pakistan by 4-3 points.

Earlier, Al-Amin secured another gold in karate event on the second day, beating Pakistan by 7-3 points. 

On the first day, Dipu Chakma secured Bangladesh’s first gold medal by winning the taekwondo poomsae event 29-plus-year category.
