Prova plays ‘hacker’

DHAKA, July 31: Actress Sadia Jahan Prova has played a ‘hacker’ in a drama serial of Channel 9.

Titled ‘Hackers’, Prova has acted as a member of a hackers’ group in the play written by Insan Emon and directed by Rajibul Islam Rajib.

The play revolves around an audacious ‘hackers’ group’. The ringleader of the hackers is Partha. The characteristic of the group is to go into hiding for at least six months after committing an incident of hacking. Then they fix their next target.

The group is comprised of four members - Leo, Neon, Asin and Javed. They have been hacking for long but they would like to back to normal life. That’s why they want to make a huge amount of money with their next target, so that they can start a new business with them for leading normal life.

To realise their dream, they target Era Punya. She has got established in banking business by herself. She alone runs her business and doesn’t pardon any mistake. The hackers upload virus into the payment system of Era’s bank. The whole business of Era breaks down. This is how the story of the play goes forward.

The cast of the play includes Richi Solaiman, Milan, Shahed, Tania, Mahmudul Islam Mithu, Sazzad Reza, Alif, Samia and Trisha, among others.

The play is scheduled to be aired on the channel at 10.20pm every Wednesday and Thursday.
