RMG workers block road

Workers of a readymade garment factory blocked Tejgaon link road in the capital on Wednesday morning protesting the dismissal of some 80 of their colleagues.

Workers of Kaniz Garment started the protest at 9:30 am in Nabisco More area clogging traffic on both sides of the road putting office goers in immense sufferings.

Meanwhile, workers of the adjacent garments also joined the protest expressing solidarity.
