Ram Chand Goala, country’s firstleft-arm spinner,is no more.
The veteran cricketerpassed away around 7.00am on Friday at his Bramenpali residence in Mymensingh.
His grandson PranjalGoala confirmed this to risingbd.
After suffering the second stroke last year, he was facing some different problems with old-age complications. He suffered first stoke three years ago, said his brother’s son Tapon Kumar Goala.
His age may be 83/84 years, and his cremation ceremonywill beheld after Friday noon, he also said.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) gave him Tk 10 lakh last year for his treatment.
