Report on BB heist case on Jan 23

A Dhaka court has set January 23 to submit a probe report in a case lodged over the Bangladesh Bank (BB) reserve heist that took place in 2016.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Jasim set the date as the investigation agency CID did not submit the report on Monday.

Bangladesh Bank Deputy Director (accounts and budgeting) Zobayer Bin Huda filed the case with Motijheel Police Station on March 15, 2016.

Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is now probing the case.
