Students of Dhaka Residential Model School & College on Saturday staged demonstration on the campus centering the death of Nayeemul Abrar, 15, a nonresident student of class nine.
The students of the institution have claimed that Abrar died due to negligence of the organizers.
Students and guardians formed a human chain in front of the college and demonstrated on Saturday noon in protest against the death of Abrar.
From the human chain, they gave a 72-hour ultimatum to the authority for meeting their four-point demand.
Nayeemul Abrar died after being electrocuted from a power generator during a function of Kishor Alo, a magazine of the daily Prothom Alo, at the institution on Friday afternoon.
