‘Shahed used to supply low quality PPE by fake company’

Regent Group Chairman Md Shahed alias Shahed Karim used to supply low quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and different protective materials by a fake company.

Abdul Baten, additional commissioner of DB said this on Saturday, after ending first day remand of Shahed.

He said Shahed is involved in different fraudulence. At the early of coronavirus outbreak, when there was a crisis of PPE and health care materials, Shahed used supply low quality health care products by opening a fake company.
