Tabith seeks votes for city’s development

The candidates of two Dhaka city corporations are carrying out their campaigning programmes day and night ahead of the elections slated for both the city corporations on January 30.

Different candidates contesting in the elections are seen to remain busy carrying out campaigning in their respective areas.

BNP-nominated mayoral candidate Tabith Awal, son of BNP leader Abdul Awal Mintoo, led a procession participated by a huge number of party leaders and activists in the Mazar Road area of Mirpur-1 in the capital this morning and sought votes.

During the procession, he also made some promises for the development of his election areas.
