Teenage girl gang-raped at Jatrabari

A teenage girl was gang-raped at Samad Nagar area in the capital’s Jatrabari on Friday night.
Police held a suspect in this connection. However, his identification was disclosed immediately.
The girl was sent to One-stop Crisis Centre (OCC) of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) for medical test on Saturday evening.
Mazharul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Jatrabari Police Station, confirmed the news.
He said the girl aged nearly 17 used to work at a factory in Jatrabari area. Four people took her to an abandoned building and raped there in turns on Friday night.
