Three workers electrocuted in Hazaribagh

Three workers died after they were electrocuted by a high voltage live wire during the dredging works in the Buriganga River in Dhaka’s Hazaribagh area on Wednesday morning.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

On information, police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies of the trio.

Later, the bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Ershad Hossain, a duty officer at Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters, confirmed the matter to risingbd.
