Trial over death by gunman’s bullet as per law: Minister

Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque said the killing occurred by his gunman Kishore Kumar will not be accepted at all. It is his (Kishore Kumar) personal responsibility and he will be tried as per law.

The Minister also requested law enforcement agencies to take proper steps against his gunman.

The Minister said this in a press statement on Friday.

Mozammel Haque Kishore had been on duty for three days last. It is not accepted to occur crimes without submitting government arms. Nobody is above of law. He must face punishment for his crimes.

The Minister thanked police for arresting him with arms from Gazipur with the help of locals.

Mentionable, Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque’s gunman ASI Kishore Kumar shot his two friends, leaving Shaheed dead on the spot and Mohim injured at Kutubdia in Kaliakoir upazila of Gazipur early Friday.
