Two arrested over Chinese national murder

Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have arrested two persons in connection with Chinese national Gao Jianhui, 43, in the capital’s Banani.

The arrestees were known as Abdur Rouf and Enamul Haque.

They were arrested from the capital’s Gulshan area on Tuesday.

Media cell of DMP confirmed the news on Wednesday morning.

Mentionable, police recovered body of Gao Jianhui buried near House: 82, Road: 23 of Banani on December 11.

Gao Jianhui was engaged with supplying chemical products for Padma Bridge Project while stone for Metro Rail Project.

According to police, he might have been killed over business feud. Marks of blood and scuffling were found in his living room. It was a planned murder.
