'Use wrecker if any vehicle found blocking left lane'

Staff Correspondent: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia instructed traffic police to use wrecker if any vehicle is found blocking left lane.

He said, “Use wrecker whenever you find any vehicle that blocks left lane.”

DMP Commissioner came up with the instruction while launching cash card system to collect fine and pedestrian awareness programme at the capital’s Kakrail intersection on Sunday noon.

He further said, “Driver loses his attention when he uses mobile phone while driving. It causes many lives claimed. So, if someone is found to practice it, he will be held along with vehicle.”
